Jeff- these were all done in Adobe Photoshop. As far as process... I really wouldn't know where to begin. The environments were built with paralaxing in mind, so each concept has a pretty clear Foreground, Middleground, and Background. I used a variety of custom brushes and patterns, and tried to find a nice balance between texture/implied detail and clarity of the subject matter.
